        "Official" answer (d). There's an alternative presented
at the end of the Battles Book that allows you to reroll for the
entire detachment, but only if the Stubborn units outnumber the
non-Stubborn units in the detachment (so that would be no for the
above detachment, yes if you had 1 more Noise Marine). Personally
I play with (b) - it's not that strange, but you do have to worry
about the Stubborn units getting out of the command radius of a
non-Stubborn HQ if you're on the move.
