Legally we can do the following:
Anything player created is legally owned by that player. If the player
submits an electronic or hand written statement that it is ok to publish the
material, it can go on the web site.

Legally we cannot put anything GW on the website. Even photo copying the
old material is an infringement on their copyright. However, I can contact
GW and ask permission to electronically (they would never go for physical
reprinting) post out of print fluff text. My lawyer agrees with me, that
they will most likely not object to out of print items, and as long as no
rules are printed. My opinion is it would do nothing but promote their
hobby, so they would go along with it. Current rules, and in print items
would most likely not be allowed to be posted.

With all of this in mind, please email me what fluff text you have(include
where it comes from, what edition, etc. al.), what pictures you have or can
scan in, and I will create a list of material. With this list, I'll ask GW
for permission to post it.

All player created submissions are welcome. Please email all submissions to
mailto:exarch_at_..., and I will being to put together the web site.
