William Rood made mention of the copyright thing. Forgot about that. Here's
a few further ideas-
1) If using a web site, or other electronic media, then start with the OOP
stuff. Anything current is likely to be nixed by GW so, the OOP stuff is
probably gonna be OK.
2) Scanned in stuff has no mailing costs, just time. Stuff could be sent from
a central location(s) as attachments or inclusions.
3) The regional sites idea is a good one, especially if we use the hard copy
method. A minimal fee for the costs wouldn't be out of order.

Any other ideas? This seems to be going somewhere.....
