why don�t we just say the flyer has to stay in board (parked) while
the troops are being loaded, so it�ll work this way:
The Flyer comes in the board
The flyer parks around the marines (+- 5cm)
The flyer stays on board for a turn (sitting duck)
this could be because they can�t climb and then go down fast
enough
The next turn the flyer takes off and moves to a new possition to drop
the marines
