If my opponent in Necromunda favoured swords (Or if I had a non-CC ganger) I'd
use a flail, nulls all parries. I don't know if they have them in 40K, and
fumbling is nasty (+2 instead of +1) and you can only use the flail in CC, no
second CC weapon.
