[Epic] [Epic40k] Need clarification about AT and flyers

How is Anti-Tank being used as flak ?

Do blast markers affect Anti-Tank firepower the same way as normal firepower
?

Can a flying detachment which has some units in repair and others ready be
used for flying mission ( the units that are ready that is) ?


Appreciate some advice.
