Nope. Neither do Ork Big Gunz, which have artillery ability but a FP of
2. Artillery does NOT mean Barrage. There are Barrage weapons without
Artillery ability ( for eaxmple, all Heavy Barrages on Titans). There
are artillery weapons without Barrage templates (Big Gunz, all
Disruptors)
