[Epic] Age-old question

I have forgotten the answer to that age-old question :

A fire-based SHW (like a Whirlwind with its Barrage) on Assault :
a) fires at full FP only when it locks on with a D6 of 4+
b) fires at half FP (round down)
c) fires at half FP (round up)

I think it was a), but I'm not sure anymore...

Also, do you round the halved FP up or down for normal FP-based troops ?
