Well, in E40K the CI doesn't exist...

However, at JML's E41K site, you'll find some rules for a CI, and a
Hellbore for that matter. Basically a CI is to a Leviathan what a
Warlord is to a Reaver. Thus 6 instead of 4 Void shields, etc etc.
