[Epic] Capitol Imperialis vs. Leviathan

Ok, what's the difference, if any, between a Capitol Imperialis and a
Leviathan? I'm interested in picking up a Leviathan and doing some Chaos
conversions, and using it as the HQ for a Chaos army I'm planning. I'm just
wandering if a Capitol might be a better idea.

BTW, if you're thinking that a Leviathan is not in the Chaos army list,
you're right. I'm planning on a Chaos force that 'evolves', i.e. the
Commander is an IG colonel at first, with a lot of standard IG stuff [no
Siege artillery, Ogryn, Ratlings, Rough Riders] in the army (I admit,
including Shadowswords and Baneblades), but after a while he'll have been
granted daemonhood, and the army will now lack IG, who will have turned to
Cultists, but will ahve daemons and CSM.
