Don,

You are absolutely correct about the Chaos SM not having Whirlwinds. AS I said,
that is well outside the standard rules. However, it is obvious that some folks
play with Chaos Whirlwinds. If they do, then the Flak Attack rules in WD ##215
allow them to use them as Anti-Air units.

artillery capability and have 2FP for Flak purposes. The same optional rule
allows Support Weapons (also not in the Chaos list) to be used similarly for AA.

All my Chaos army was built for 2nd Ed play and I have still not purchased one of
the new boxes ... tempted, but not sufficiently so, yet. So, lots of stuff is the
old SM vehicles accompanied by the old CSM's and the other goodies on those
sprues. Then, of course, the metal daemons, primarchs, daemon engines, etcetera.
