Oh, i don't know. Considering the habit of the imperium to cram as many people
into an area as possible, a 10 story apartment complex for the workers isn't
that odd. Leaves more space to grow stuff.

Maybe some greenhouse looking buildings, or long "beached whale" looking
building for livestock and splicing.
