Greetings Greg, and all others!
My apologies for being so hard to reach for the last little while. My
e-mail service has been dead for a little over a week now (except for one
brief day last week.) The e-mail that saw me "just send" was actually
sent last week, and only seems to have arrived now that my service is
back up.
In any event, things seem to be working here now. You should now be
able to reach me either at this address, or the Q&A address which
is allen_at_.... I don't seem to be getting swamped with old
mail deliveries, so I assume that anything I don't have has been lost.
At this moment in time, I HAVE RESPONDED TO EVERY PERSONAL MAIL THAT
I HAVE RECEIVED. If you have sent me a Q for the Q&A and have not
heard back from me with either an answer or a promise to send it to
Jervis, then I probably didn't get it. Please send it again to the
Q&A address given above.
