Sauron:
When NetEpic was first getting designed, I got a letter from the designers
asking if they could use my flyer rules. I agreed, but since I haven't
kept up with NetEpic I'm not sure how close what they used really is to
my rules. If you have any interest, you can check out the SM/TL portion
of my web pages and find the original ideas for my flyer rules.
