Well you might want to consider that just maybe the older weapons are better?
I mean...would you rather have an advanced sniper rifle at close combat? Or a
shotgun to blow the other guys head off....
And...some of the other technology could be ineffective against other
races...say the tyranids can absorb laser....damons feed of the power of a
certain material...the eldar tanks get a super charge off of nuetron
beams...the orks get into a bloodlust when the color red is shown....It could
turn on the Imperium
