The question should be are the AT shots a single SHW or 3 seperate SHWs.

A single Super heavy Weapon is 1 SHW, regardless of its effectiveness;
such
as, 3xAT, 3xDeath Ray or even 6xDeath Ray, it still counts as 1 SHW for
Blast
Marker effects.

P.S. Of course, the REAL sticky question for purposes of Titans, War
Engines
and even other detachments, is can you charge the Blast Markers against
FP
... yes, ... even when the FP is out of range?

We have received some mixed answers on this and I have Allen querying
Jervis
on this one. If not, then Blast Markers have even more power than thos
of us
who love them want to see! And, the SHW's appear to be very fragile
weapons,
and can be shut down by the very first BM in many cases.
