[Epic] "FIREPOWER" and Points

Points changes in Firepower:

Land Raider rises to 45
Support Weapons rises to 18
Wraithguard rises to 24
Fire Prism rises to 40
Exocrine rises to 33

Also lots of nice new rules about Super Heavy Tanks, War Engines going
into reverse and lots of new special orders and Vortex Missiles being
only for Titans.

Details available - but I can't infringe copyright can you. That would
be illegal and wrong (wouldn't it Jimi?)
