I concur with Cyril. I have not read any turn time simulation numbers for
Epic (Some folks say it is not a simulation, so let's call it a
representative time period.) It is clearly more than 12 seconds. Given
the game's operational over tactical represnetation (rather than
simulation), I think it is probably a fluid amount somewhere between 15
minutes and one hour. But, I would not draw any inferences from the time
frame numbers for any purposes.

>From a flyer point of view, the turn delay may just represent the "passes"
a detachment (squadron) would make over the battlefield. Even if they
linger, they are not omnipresent ... that requires an additional investment
of another detachment (squadron) to coordinate "passes" with the first.
Does this make sense to others?
