This could be confusing, especially in a larger battle. Something more simple
along the lines of-

Soft (infantry stands)- Always effected by BM's
Hard (tanks/battlewagons)- Ignore first 2 BM's
WE/Titans- FP weapons effected first

Or some such. I've wracked my sorry excuse for brain (at least that's what my
detractors say) on this, and can't really think of a good solution. Guess
I'll just muddle along until that epiphany hits me smack up the side of the
