[Epic] FIREPOWER availability

Our local GW types know absolutely nothing about Firepower...
I am in Canada, and our GW people are Chapter Approved stores. We as yet
have no actual GW stores, but the CA people all play Epic and use Epic
mini's for Dirtside II, so we do not have a problem getting stuff,
ususally...
