That was me. I heard all this from a friend of a person who used to work as
a sculptor and 'Eavy Metal painter for GW. They had a long-term vision for
the future of the 40K universe which did involve Abbadon killing the Emperor
by destroying the Golden Throne and the Primarchs (the "living" ones at any
rate) returning to claim the throne, throwing the Imperium into civil war.

I stress this is ONLY a rumour and I have no idea whether or not this is
true, only what I heard.
