        Yep. GW is explaining it as a 'commitment to quality' - they
won't sell Epic 40k to a store unless the store garuntees that it will
support the full line (by ordering the rack) for all the poor players
out there. Because any store that won't buy the full rack is (obviously)
evil and (obviously) doesn't care about the GW zombies that depend on
the store for their fix.

        And from what I've heard here & over in r.g.m.w, this is causing
at least a few stores to not buy into Epic 40k at all. Presumably GW
marketing is hoping that this plan will cause enough stores that weren't
originally going to buy the rack to actually get it to cover the lost
sales to those 'evil & uncaring' stores. But AFAIK this is only an issue
if you're ordering from GWUS directly - the stores that do not buy into
the full rack should still be able to order items from other distributors,
and there's not a damn thing GW can do about that.
