[Epic] Citadel Journal Auction!

I have some Citadel Journals I want to get rid of. The selling will
be handled as an auction, with the issue being bid on going to the
highest bidder. Offers will be taken until April 27. All offers must
be emailed to me at my email address below. No offers made to the
list will be accepted. Your email should contain the word "auction"
in the subject line somewhere. The bidding for each issue will begin
at $5.00 plus postage. When an offer is made on an issue that is the
highest so far, I will notify all others of the high bid, giving them
a chance to bid higher. If a tie occurs the person submitting the
highest bid first will win. If there is still a tie by April 27, I
will email the highest offer for an issue to all potential bidders for
one last bid due by noon of the 28, handling ties as mentioned above.
Postage will be determined when I go to the post office and have the
post-person weight the package and tells me how much it is.

Please don't ask for an index of what is in an issue. I really am to
busy to do that. I'm pretty sure you can find them on somebody's
web page. This is my first auction like this so don't get shitty with
me if I don't get back to you on that day. I'm really going to do my
best to make this as fair as possible. If you have any questions
