[Epic] Ordinatus Mars

I've just sat down and built an Ordinatus Mars but when I went to find the
rules I realised the army card was missing, so can somebody who has WD191,
and whose brother hasn't given away the army card for the Ordinatus Mars
please tell me what is written on it.
i.e. The points cost, morale value, which armies can use it, and any other
relevant information it shows.
