[Epic] Final answer to the E40K Detachment HQ problem.

I figured it out. If you want a commander eg a farseer as a detachment HQ,
you HAVE to pay the extra 25 points.
WHY?
look at page 53, ork warboss = 40pts. he is just a nob (14pts) therefore
the 25pts has to be be included in the warboss price (since he is the only
availabledetachment HQ)
Therefore if you don't pay the points, you are getting a cheap HQ, and
orks and tyranids get screwed...
