        Look at p.70. Farseer is a Guardian (8) + Psyker (10) + Hero
(5 points from your Nob example) = 23 points. 23 is not 50! The Orks
are already getting a better deal than the Eldar with the Warboss vs.
the Farseer. Do your math again.

Another example: Shadow Seer is Aspect Warrior (10) + Psyker
(10) + Hero (call it a ridiculously expensive 10) = 30, +25 for
Detachment HQ is 55. The Shadow Seer is *better* than the Farseer,
and costs 5 points more. It should not be 20 points cheaper than a
Farseer.

The bottom line is that Marines and Chaos Marines don't have
the +25 points added in yet, but everyone else does. This is based on
points costs, as well as most example detachments.

Orks aren't getting screwed, they already have cheaper HQs
than 50 point Farseers, let alone 75 point Farseers. Paying the
points balances everything out except the Eldar War Host, which
shouldn't pay the points.
