[Epic] [E40k] - Eldar Fire Prism

I have over 100 mailing list items since yesterday. Folks on this list
sure are prolific.

The eldar fire prism has the unusual distinction of being anti-tank,
skimmer and flak all at once. I am wondering, how does it behave when
firing at fliers? Unlike ordinary shooting, the procedure for shooting
at fliers has both a "to hit" and a "to wound" roll. Would either or
both of these be at 4-6 instead of the normal armor value? If not, how
would you propose to determine the firepower of this unit for the
purpose of anti-aircraft?
