Re:[Epic] Sorry, a WH40k...
I play with some of the Pheonix Lords, and quite a few exarchs, but the
people I play against use Termies with assault cannons and Daemon
possessed vehicles. My only advantage is the realitively cheap psychic
troops I can bring out (Farseer, and warlock). I would like to get some
of the wraithgaurd miniatures, but I have to drive 45 minutes to the
nearest shop which carries a good selection of GW figures.
I had some problems with the Kryomek game in the fact that no one around
my area wanted to play it. So I sold it at a convention for $10 (I only
paid $5 for it so I was happy). The rules seemed to be rather well
thought out, and I agree the tables did seem a bit much (or rather one
of the reasons no one wanted to play).
I am working on rules for the Pheonix Lords for E40K right now. I hope
to post them for criticism/ammendment in a few days. I am kind of
disappointed that the trolls and minitaurs, and also the squats
disappeared from the game. They where rather fun.
