The rules for the gun were the same for paladin and lancer, I am thinking
back to first ed, and just trying to get the feel of the knight. Lancers
should have CS, but they should not be shootier than a paladin.

If you are only limited to one baron per detachment, I think 12 AV or
maybe 10 AV is reasonable. Maybe you are right.

Thinking on it, 5+ and a save is statistically the same as 6+ armour. 33%
chance to hit, 50% save gives 17%chance to kill, same as with 6+ armour.

10 points to all was a bit extreme. I think the baron should be 65 and
have 10AV, but 5 to all seems fair.
