I know this may have already been covered but i have been away and have
missed a lot
My Q is about Exarchs and their inclusion into an Aspect stand

1) Can any aspect warrior unit include an exarch ?

2) If a unit does include an Exarch does it increase the assault by 1 AND
reduce the range to 15cm or just increase the assault value ?

3) in the armies book there is no specific stats for Banshees and
Scorpians, are these just the standard aspect warrior stats ?
