[Epic] E40K warphunters

Another Model that didn't make it into E40K. I don't what to do with this
one. At first I tought just give it a D-cannon, but then why take a Cobra?
(why take a Cobra anyway?) Eldar already have a disruption artillery, and
giving them just a regular FP type of attack doesn't seem right. Maybe
give it a Shorter range (then the Cobra's) D-cannon? Not sure. Any ideas
out there?
