[Epic] E40k deathstalker prism cannon

Okay, since my group used the old Firestorms for the new Fire prisms. And
since GW will probably come out with a model for the new Fire Prism and I
have like half a dozen or so deathstalker tanks... I'd like some input on
this idea.

Deathstalker Prism cannon. 45 to 50 pts. ? give it 30 cm move, 45 cm
range Death Ray, Assualt Value 1, Armor 5, Skimmer. Costs less than an IG
deathstrike but more than an orc Deth Ray Speedsta.
