        What the hell? So SM commanders don't have to pay the +25, but
psykers and everyone else do? What is the rationale behind that? Surely
the "b and e" is a typo, and he meant "c and e."
        I guess I won't ever field a farseer again, either. It is now a
much better deal to take the wraithguard w/warlock and upgrade to an HQ unit
(with the possible exception of bikes).
