Hmm, sure, why not? I'm sure I wouldn't miss, say 5cm in the movement.
After all, I have plenty more movement in the assault phase with the
jump pack troops........

Change bases wouldn't waste much time, say compaired to the time
wasted flipping thru the three books trying to solve rules arguments.
