Actually, no, I've only been around since just before TL came out. (Or
wasthat just after... don't recall.) I'm just a sucker for a good
background who's gotten *real* lucky and picked up several books....

Hmm... I can't really comment on that, it's been awhile since I looked
at Rome. But just possibly, given how GW tends to model their universes
off Earth. (Araby, the Mayan Lizardmen, Norsca, etc in WHFB.)
Corruption from within, barbarians from without... maybe. The Tyranids
are a lot less likely to leave anything behind, though.... ^_-
