I made some rules up for them the other day, as I too still play 2nd Ed. I
noticed that you only had rules for the Melta armed bike, but most of my
models have heavy bolters. You saw that you only got 4 bikes in a blister,
which is strange as I got 5, hence in my rules you get five for 200 points.

Points cost:200 for 5 Attack Bikes
Braek point:3
Morale value:2
Victory points:2

Attack Bike Type I 30cm None +3 Multi-melta 35cm 1 3+ -2
Attack Bike Type II 30cm None +3 Heavy Bolter 50cm 2 5+ 0

Alternatively you can get them as part of a company.

Space Marine Advance Force
Points cost:450 for a Land Speeder HQ + three detachments (Attack Bikes(5),
Bikes(5), Speeders (5))
Break point:8
Morale value:2
Victory points:5

If you (or anybody else) is interested I also have unofficial rules for a
lot of other Imperial and Eldar units, some of it I`ve made up, some is off
the net. If you want them, then mail me at my address and I`ll send them to
you. The documents are Microsoft Word Documents and are fairly long.
