[Epic] [E40k] Vortex Missiles

On a similar vein to the Eldar Pulsar SHW, does a hit from a vortex
weapon cause 1 Blast Marker, or a variable number dependant upon how
many Death Ray shots are rolled? Further, do you then dice for each
Death Ray, looking for a 2+, or are they applied as "automatic" Death
Ray Hits?

FWIW, I'd say the the former option, for each of the two queries.
