Ah BUT both weapons are listed as a plasma anhilator which consists of
three death ray shots, it is only the ranges that are different.
Comparing the ranges with all other SHW except artillery, I think the
range of the Ordinatus is 30cm too long.

As too people who use more than one of each type of Ordinatus in a game,
they are very very very low, Ordinatus are one offs hardly ever used and
take considerable effort to prepare or battle, much more than average
Imperator. I use the character rules suggested in WD some time ago, If
the Ordiantus is destroyed it may not be used for five battles. Its like
the legion of the damned most marines would never see an Ordinatus in
action, (maybe the space puppys more than most :P ).
As special one offs I would probably except a 90cm range and even a 90cm
range on the sonic weapons I might even yet the vortex one be used, lets
face it Ordiantus are the only things apart from titans that should be
able to carry vortex missiles.
