[Epic] Command slots

Allen, I think this is one for the Q&A.


When purchasing detachments, does a unit designated as an HQ (for example, a
falcon HQ for 54 pts) A) take up a main force slot, meaning that there could
be a total of 10 falcons (5 main force and 5 support); or B) count as a
separate commander unit, allowing 11 falcons (1 commander, 5 main force, and
5 support)?


Personally, I still think it is a separate unit, as several forces can also
pay to make support units HQs (frex, wraithguard w/ warlocks).
