Although the rules don't say specifically under "Orks hitching a lift" that
they follow the transport rules, I believe it would be reasonable to follow
the same guidelines. In the paragraph above, on "Trasporting" the rules
specifically cover this - "Units may perform no other actions whilst being
transported, so they cannot shoot for example."
