When you upgrade to something, you become that something. Use the
Land Speeder stats plus the special abilities that the army list tells
you the Lord has when he becomes a Speeder. Note that this is different
than mounting a unit within another unit. In the latter case, you get
both units.

The weapons fire seperately but simultaneously. Pick you targets for
the AT shots and then count up how much FP you have. (Note that SHW
do not have any FP for this purpose.) Then roll your dice. The
FP will place Blast markers from the FP table, while the AT shots will
place blast markers from the SHW chart.
