Actually, I think you did somehting wrong. Only troops, pscyers, ect =
in the SAME detachment being engaged in h-t-h count for support. War machin=
es are an exception to this. Thus if the wirlwinds were a seperate detache=
mt and they were all you engaged, you should have had 34 - 0 and a +4 in h-=
t-h with him having a +1 for less blast markers. Thus you would (probably) =
have won handily. I think you just illustrated why that rule was made. I wo=
uldn't totally give up on E40k, it has it's moments.
