The problem is some (myself included) like to teleport them and place them on
first fire, with their psychic attacks they are much more lethal this way than a
charge where they inevitable get broken (thus trading 4VP's for the demons
3VP's). I'd leave them as is, they are the only unit of its kind and it only
works against chaos.
