Yes I understand that Command units can first fire and move at charge rate.
They can not shoot if they enter close combat, though, at least in Epic
Space Marines/Titan Legions. Do you play that command units may shoot and
enter close combat in the same turn? How do you handle this situation?
Command units are extremely powerful because they get increased movement AND
First Fire shooting. Check out how much more powerful the Command
ShadowSword is compared to its company mates. There is no comparison, the
command tank is infinitely more flexible, and flexibility is power. We now
have plans to make all units follow the command rule? We will no longer
have to balance speed, firepower, close combat ability when we place our
order chits? Sounds like a beardy dream.
