Hi!
Point taken, but remember this is just fluff, it does not mean we will make
stats for them, since some of these things are beyond epics scope. I my view
things like primarch's and the Emperor have no place on the battlefield,
since they are too powerful. The fluff will affect unit organization since
different eras have different army make-ups, but as for adding
uber-characters, that's a big NO!
