The rules look pretty good at the moment. However, I think the Ogres are too
cheap. For example: The Mark V has the equivalent firepower of 4 Quake
cannons, 6 Turbolasers, 2 Bombard batteries (although the missiles are one
shot, but still), and 12 carapace multi lasers (although the CMLs only hit
on 5+ as opposed to the 4+ of the AP batteries), which would cost 85*4 +
75*6 + 2*200 + 12*10 = 1310 points. And this only includes the weapons.
True, it does not have void shields, but it is also faster than Imperial
titans, may make an unrestricted number of turns, fights like a command unit
and is immune to non physical psychic powers. IMO the Mk V should cost about
2000 points.

As for the AP batteries, I think 5+ to hit is quite enough.

It's hard to say anything else before playtesting.
