Or rather, why use it at all. IMO it would be enough to give only the
beastmaster a higher move, attribute it to some advanced equipment and leave
the rest a normal move. We shouldn't try to take the 40k3 too much into
account or soon we will have tanks which can't move and shoot at the same
turn. This is , BTW, my biggest bone of contention with GW systems: the
races there have warp capable ships, plasma reactors and psychic engineering
and yet seem to be totally unable to produce stabilizers and rangefinders...
