"Officially" there are no allies allowed under NetEpic, even when dealing
with Imperial forces. However, a rule of thumb for individual games is
no more than 25% of an army's total points may be used for "allies." For
a campaign game, it is best to have a player for each army involved, then
limit the available forces of those not under a player's control. That
way there is a limited pool for the "allies." Of course, whatever your
group decides, and works for you is best.
