Problem with Marines

There are two things which don't seem right in the Marine army lists and have bugged me for a long time: lack of self-propelled AA and bike companies. I mean, a IG army is supposed to be slow and ponderous while a Marine chapter is fast and mobile. Yet IG has SP AA platform and bike company while Marines have static AA (scorpion) and only single bike squadrons. Yet even in codex chapters one company (6th) is trained in bike use.

My proposal:
1) Make Eivind's SAM whirlwind official and call it "stormwind" or whatever. It is in the "files" folder of our group.
2) Allow marines to have a bike company or, better yet, a marine specific company of 2 bike squadrons and 1 attack bike squadron.
