AA units can fire (other than to flyers) to big units or units
in "elevated" positions, such as Titans/Prætorians and units in
buildings.

Can AA units fire to pop-upping skimmers too? Skimmers pop-up 30cm
above the battlefield, much more than a Titan's height or a building
height.
